Nibbi Brothers built this 16,000 SF project on a negotiated basis for the San Francisco Housing Development Corporation. The project consists of ten wood framed townhomes and associated site work. Each townhouse is considered to be a separate and complete building. Nibbi Brothers worked closely with the design team to maximize the architectural detail while meeting the tight budget. The project contains nine two-bedroom units, one three bedroom unit and ten parking spaces. Nibbi successfully met MBE/WBE sub-contractor goals and neighborhood hiring goals established by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency. |
