Nibbi Brothers, in a joint venture with Marinship Construction, was selected to construct this 54 unit, 56,413 SF subsidized senior housing project. Nibbi-Marinship provided extensive budgeting, value engineering and constructibility review during pre-construction. The Nibbi-Marinship team also worked closely with the design team to minimize the cost impact of addressing the on-site contaminated soil. The building is four stories of wood frame construction above a concrete podium. The building amenities include a common lobby, community space, tenant storage, enclosed parking and a podium deck with planters. The project was funded through the HUD Section 202 Program, along with the Mayor's Office of Housing. |
