ARC San Francisco is a non-profit organization assisting developmentally disabled adults. The previous existing building was demolished for construction of a new four-story wood frame building with some structural steel. There are nine affordable units in the building. The first floor consists of lobby and entry, utility rooms, one-car garage for handicap van, public restrooms, and the Senior Center with office space and a kitchen. The second, third, and fourth floors consist of 3 units each floor. There is a waterproofed deck area at the back of the building on the second floor. The building is located near Fisherman's Wharf. |
