Nibbi Brothers provided preconstruction services for this 236-unit rental housing project in San Francisco’s Mission Bay. Crescent Cove is the largest affordable housing project built to date in Mission Bay.

Located on Berry Street between 5th & 6th, the 4-story wood-frame buildings have a combination of studios, 1Br and 2BR units. Other amenities include laundry facilities, community space and an outdoor area with bbq capabilities. Adjacent to the buildings is a 170-space surface parking lot and there are bike racks provided throughout the complex.
