Nibbi negotiated this project with the Lutheran Church and provided extensive pre-construction services and value engineering to meet the Church's tight budget.

The project consists of building a new private school for grades Kindergarten through 3rd grade. The building has a compaction grouted foundation and a two-foot thick concrete mat slab on grade. The structure consists of three stories of steel frame construction with plaster exterior, metal roof and large bay windows. The interior spaces include a 2-story multi-purpose room, library, administrative offices, eight classrooms, computer room, teacher lounge and a third floor play deck.
