Nibbi was selected as the general contractor for this San Francisco archdiocese elementary school. This is the 5th project Nibbi is working with the Archdiocese on since 2000. Nibbi completed seismic upgrades and preservation on St. Paul’s Church and Old St. Mary’s in 2000 and 2004 respectively. Additionally they completed the School of the Epiphany’s Nano Nagle Hall in July 2003 and athletic field improvements and a parking garage at Serra High School in November 2005. Nibbi Brothers provided pre-construction services to the archdiocese for this classroom and gymnasium building on the St. Thomas More campus. The scope of work included new construction of a 2-story classroom and gymnasium building as well as relocation of an existing portable classroom. This project will enable the school to house a pre-school in addition to grades k-5. |
