During the summer of 1995 Nibbi Brothers successfully completed a $3.2 million fast-track renovation of the Presentation campus at the University of San Francisco. This complicated project involved the remodeling of the former Presentation High School into the new USF School of Education. Nibbi's estimating department worked closely with the architect and owner during pre-construction design and development. Nibbi's value engineering input proved invaluable in achieving a realistic scope of work within the owner's budget. Nibbi completely revised the existing floor plans to accommodate more office and meeting space, added two new elevators and installed new finishes for 56,000 square feet on four floors.
