This project was negotiated with the Owner’s Board of Directors, for whom Nibbi provided extensive pre-construction services, including value engineering to keep the project within the required budget. The campus consists of three new buildings totaling over 97,000 SF, containing Kindergarten through 8th grade classrooms, three swimming pools, gymnasium, full fitness center and administrative offices. There is also extensive site work including landscaping and hardscaping consisting of two outdoor pools, concrete paving, playfields and outdoor play equipment. Nibbi Brothers is also performing off-site improvements in conjunction with the Foster City Civic Master Plan which include a parking lot with turn-around and pedestrian promenade complete with new lighting and landscaping.
