Phase I of the master plan includes the first Residence Hall, which provides much-needed on-campus housing. The Residence Hall is a 41,000 SF three story wood frame structure, designed around a paved and landscaped courtyard. Typical student suites in this phase contain 4 beds and one shared bathroom for a total of 204 student beds. It also include third-floor lounge space, office space, Resident Director’s apartment, on-site laundry facilities and mechanical/electrical/ data room.

The Residence Hall is the first major construction on the campus in 15-years.
