Nibbi Brothers was the successful bidder for this $12M building concrete project at the Mission Bay Campus of the University of California San Francisco.  The Mission Bay housing complex (block 20) is a 421,370 GSF building that will accommodate more than 750 students, postdoctoral scholars and their families. The complex includes 431 apartments, retail space and developed outdoor space. The total cost is estimated at $112.8 million. Construction on this project began in June 2003 and will be completed in June 2005. Full occupancy is anticipated in October 2005. Nibbi began pouring concrete in January 2004 and finished in October 2004.

Nibbi’s scope of work included building four concrete towers ranging from 7 to 15 stories in a nine month span, a total of 41 vertical pours.
