Nibbi Brothers was awarded Phases II, III and IV bid packages for the remodel and new construction of several buildings/wings of the former Chope Hospital, which included the new 3-story Diagnostic and Treatment Center, new outpatient clinics, psychiatric services, autopsy and main entrance.

Nibbi Brothers self-performed all the concrete work which consisted of structural excavation, placement of reinforcing steel, concrete footings/foundations, concrete slabs on metal decking, large retaining walls and concrete elevator pits. Nibbi also did the architectural concrete for the patios and sidewalk. Also included in Nibbi's bid packages were structural steel, casework, painting, elevators, doors and hardware and general conditions.
