Nibbi Brothers was the successful bidder on this four story, 403-car parking garage.

The foundation included concrete grade beams and pile caps over driven concrete piles. The structure included poured-in-place columns, walls and beams. The decks were pre-cast tees with a concrete topping slab. Waterproofing was installed at the elevator pits, with engineered backfill.
