This project consisted of the demolition of the existing Del Monte Cannery site and the conversion of the land into a large retail complex consisting of 1 building with 8 tenants and 2 separate structures totaling nearly 100,000 square feet. The project also included complete site improvements including an asphalt parking lot and associated landscaping. Upgrades, including portable structures, were also performed at the adjacent Lazear Elementary School. |
