The Byer Garment Warehouse is a 2-story poured-in-place concrete warehouse. The project was negotiated with the building owner and Nibbi provided extensive pre-construction services. Nibbi self-performed all of the structural concrete work including foundations, walls, columns and suspended decks. The building contains two 16’ levels, 32,000 square feet of warehouse space, 3 loading docks and rooftop parking. The exterior of the building consists of stucco infill panels. |
