Brothers negotiated this project with the owners of Boudin Bakery, GESD
Capital Partners. Nibbi’s scope of work includes demolition of the
existing Boudin Bakery and construction of a new restaurant/bakery. The
new construction consists of a 2-story, 25,000 SF bakery with a
restaurant, shop and visitor’s center. The project will include a
demonstration bakery with a walkthrough history of San Francisco
