Building of the 3rd floor of existing distribution center. The 20,000 SF space was created by demolishing an existing conveyance system. Scope of work also include infilling the new floor area, with structural steel, metal deck and a concrete floor. We will also install all mechanical and electrical systems, flooring and finishes. |
