Nibbi Brothers was selected by the Martin Building Company to provide services to the new Potrero Launch Apartments in San Francisco. The housing development will consist of 196 market-rate residential units. The project will be 6 levels of concrete with 2 levels of underground parking, ground floor commercial retail space and a daycare center. The project ties into 2 existing historic unreinforced masonry buildings along 3rd Street.
