Nibbi was selected as the general contractor and provided pre-construction services to the Archdiocese.

The Porziuncola is the chapel where St. Francis of Assisi began his mission, in Assisi in the 13th century. The Archdiocese is building an exact replica adjacent to the St. Francis of Assisi Church in North Beach.
