Nibbi Brothers is providing pre-construction and construction services to the client, American Senior Living on this Daly City project.

Monarch Village, will be a 208-unit market-rate senior living development.  Included in the project is 210 stalls (1 1/2 levels below-ground) of parking.  The housing will be three levels of wood-frame (type V 1-hr) above with concrete parking.  The ground floor will have a 15,000 SF Walgreens with a drive-thru.  Other amenities include a recreational facility with pool house, fitness center, game room, business center and community space and a dining facility.
