Nibbi Brothers was selected by the Laborer’s International, Local 261 to build a new hiring hall in the Mission District. Working with the owner and architect, they provided value engineering services to meet the Union’s budget.

The new hiring hall will be a 10,000 SF single story building that will contain a hiring hall, meeting hall administrative offices, kitchen and break area, restrooms with showers and are for work stations. The site also has a surface parking lot, adjacent to the building that will have approximately 24 spaces.
