Hunter’s View Community Partners has chosen Nibbi Brothers to be part of the revitalization of the Hunter’s View area of the Bayview Hunter’s Point neighborhood in San Francisco. The existing 19 buildings on the 22.7 acre site will be demolished and replaced with 3 new building consisting of 137,753 SF. The project will include 686 units of affordable and market-rate housing with ground floor commercial/retail space and a community center. The building types will consist of attached single-family homes, townhomes, stacked flats, and townhomes over stacked parking. This project will be funded through San Francisco’s HUD/HOPE VI program. Construction will performed in 3 phases, having all 3 phases comply with San Francisco Redevelopment Agency Hiring & Contracting Goals.
