The CCSF-Joint Use Facility Project will be 4-Story, 102,391 square foot Type II Construction building, which will be shared with San Francisco State University. The new building will have general classrooms, departmental classrooms, and departmental offices. This project is planning to receive LEED® Gold Certification.
