Nibbi is providing pre-construction services for this affordable senior housing project on the Third Street Corridor in Bayview/Hunter’s Point. Armstrong Place will be a five-story, 116-unit project. The building will have a one-level concrete podium with four levels of wood-frame housing above. The podium will contain parking and 9,000 SF of commercial space along Third Street. The project team is pursuing LEED-Gold Certification.
