Nibbi was selected by The Regents of the University of California for the Seismic and Structural Upgrade of Buildings 50 and 74 at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory. Interior work includes replacement of doors, flooring, wall covering and finish carpentry and upgrades to building mechanical and electric systems. Exterior work includes structural steel and concrete seismic upgrades, renovation of roofing and waterproofing as well as the addition of new windows and painting. Foundation system will include new soil anchors and new concrete footings.
