Nibbi Brothers provided pre-construction services to Urban Housing Group for this eight-story, 192-unit market rate rental housing project in Mission Bay.  SB Architects is providing design services.  Nibbi is currently working with Urban Housing Group on 355 Berry Street, also in Mission Bay.
 
Located on 4th Street and Mission Rock Street, the project will be an eight-story concrete building with 130 1-bedroom units, 62 2-bedroom units, ground floor commercial space, parking and a fitness center.  Construction began in April 2007.
