Nibbi Brothers is currently looking to fill the following positions.

Preconstruction Project Manager:
Responsible to manage preconstruction process for multiple projects.  Tasks include attending design development meetings, assist in budgeting, constructability review, value engineering, schedule development, logistics planning, preparing bid scopes and bid instructions, review subcontractor bids and assist in preparing GMP.  A college degree is required, and a Construction Management degree is preferred.  A minimum 10 years experience is required.

Project Manager:
Responsible for overall management of project including client and architect relationship management, preparing subcontracts, change order process, billings, detailed submittal review, RFI process, resolve subcontractor issues, prepare and update project schedule and controlling project budget.  A college degree is required, and a Construction Management degree is preferred.  A minimum of 10 years experience is required.

Nibbi Concrete Project Engineer:
Responsible for detailed submittal review, RFI process, maintaining contract documents, cost tracking and production reporting, on-site quality control, problem solving and preconstruction planning. A college degree is required, and a Construction Management degree is preferred. A minimum 2 years of experience is required.
